Fees are payable on the day of your appointment. With a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan, you can claim the Medicare rebate below back afterwards.

*Medicare rebates apply for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician. Rebate amounts are set by Medicare and may change. David Berlinski is a Clinical Psychologist; our other psychologists bill at the General Psychologist rate. Your psychologist's rate is confirmed when you book.
Assessments (ADHD, cognitive, psychoeducational, autism) run across several appointments and include a written report; the total cost is confirmed when you book. Medicare rebates are not available for assessments.

No referral is needed to see a psychologist. To receive a Medicare rebate, you'll need a referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician.
We see clients from 3 years of age and up. The minimum age varies by psychologist, so our admin team will match a young client with someone who works with that age group. See the team page for each psychologist's age range.
A session with a Clinical Psychologist is $282.50, and with a General Psychologist is $235. David Berlinski is our Clinical Psychologist; our other psychologists bill at the General Psychologist rate. Assessment fees are confirmed at booking. See the fees table above.
With a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan, the rebate is $149.05 per session with a Clinical Psychologist and $101.55 per session with a General Psychologist, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Your actual out-of-pocket cost depends on your circumstances.
Most consultations run between 50 and 60 minutes.
Yes. Telehealth appointments by video are available with our psychologists, so you can be seen from anywhere in Australia.
Yes, some after-hours appointments are available. Call (03) 7018 0023 to arrange one.
